Customer will not be able to place or receive any calls, including 911 calls, if the Internet connection fails or becomes degraded, required equipment fails, or customer doesn't have electrical power for the service (unless you have functioning battery backup power available). 911 services may not be available if you change your service location before receiving confirmation from Brightspeed.
Service and offers are not available everywhere. Rate is available to Brightspeed Business customers who subscribe to a qualifying Business Internet plan (minimum download 10M/upload 1M required). Credit approval and deposit may be required. Certain one-time installation fees and service charges may apply. Monthly service rates, leased equipment rates, and taxes, fees, and surcharges, are subject to change and, if any changes are made to existing Brightspeed accounts in any manner, all prior discounts will be void. Brightspeed may change, cancel, or substitute offers and services, or vary them by service area, at its sole discretion without notice. Service excludes call center, data services, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units, 0+ dialing, and 3-digit dialing (other than 911, 711, 611 and 411), and Premium service. Not recommended for business fax purposes, Point of Sale (POS) credit card transactions or security systems; doesn’t support collect calls, third-party calls and 900 numbers.
