Phone payment for your Brightspeed bill

A few easy steps will allow you to pay your bill over the phone.

You will want both payment details and your Brightspeed account number (or account phone number). Then, call the number shown on this page to pay your account by following the automated system's instructions. Your money will be processed right away, and the transaction will be completed with the receipt of a confirmation number.

To pay your bill by phone, call 833-692-7773.

There is a $3.50 convenience fee to make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card. To avoid this fee:

  1. Use a bank account when making a one-time payment using the automated phone system.
  2. Enroll in AutoPay for fee-free automatic monthly payments by credit card, debit card, savings account, or checking account. 

No matter the method of payment, there is a small fee for paying over the phone with a customer service representative, as the chart below illustrates. Use the  automated phone system or the most practical and economical service.
