We understand that while consumers want protection from unwanted or illegal robocalls, consumers also need assurance that legitimate calls are able to get through. If you are having an issue with call blocking, please email us at robocalling@brightspeed.com and include the following information:

• Last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Telephone number(s) experiencing blocking issues
• Company name
• Company address
• Service provider
Please provide further information if you are aware of multiple instances of your phone calls being blocked.
