Federal rules allow you to place your phone number on the National Do Not Call registry to prevent telemarketing calls to registered phone numbers. Certain states have similar laws and maintain their own registries. Brightspeed also maintains its own internal Do Not Call registry. If you do not want to receive sales calls from Brightspeed, you can ask us to place your telephone number on Brightspeed’s internal Do Not Call registry using the email link below. Please allow 30 days for your request to take effect.
